Job Responsibilities
- Using the Holman Licensing Application, send dealers P.O. packages for all orders, ensuring 100% accuracy for delivery instructions and initial licensing, including urgent/non-PriceNet orders.
- Support vendor and internal customers regarding delivery, vehicle logistics, licensing, and other VSC related questions to ensure a successful delivery.
- Process Purchase & Leasebacks and Lease Transfers.
- Validate, audit & administrate all incoming delivery-related documentation for imaging which is critical for visibility to clients and other departments to carry out separate functions.
- Coordinate with Licensing and remarketing tasks that require completion by those departments.
- Manage exception clients, such as Videotron, GOBC, Ontario Gov’t for specific delivery, audit, and priority payment requirements.
- Understand and support licensing activity for all provinces, managing situations where Holman is to perform initial licensing services; Liaise with Holman’s Licensing department for support and registration audit where necessary.
- Assist in managing Holman’s dealer network, through contract administration, negotiations with fleet managers, and consistent input into EVOS. Set up dealers and advise Accounting of vendor number.
Minimum Requirements
Education and/or Training:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a university or college degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
- Highly organized, task-oriented, and able to juggle multiple & sometimes conflicting priorities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are required.
- Ability to influence internal and external customers to follow established processes and protocols in a timely manner.
- Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Nitro PDF, etc.).
- Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, imaging technologies, printers, phone systems, etc.
Relevant Work Experience:
- 2-4 years’ experience in administrative services or related fields.
- Automotive experience is preferred.
- Experience and ability to function with minimal supervision in a virtual work environment, staying on-task, managing priorities and communicating effectively with team members and vendors.

Outputs
- Completion of all PO issuance for previous day’s orders. If volume is high, then tracking of backlog is critical.
- Responses to internal/external customer inquiries, within one business day + consistent follow up where required.
- See Purchase & Leasebacks through to completion/payment.
- Completes full audit of dealer packages, with minimal backlog. Tracking follow-ups with dealers as required.
- Ensure initial licensing is completed in a timely manner.
Compensation
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $49,460.00 - $66,775.00 CAD annually for full-time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
