As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for collecting meters and billing CPC usage per customer agreements. Additional responsibilities will include auditing contract setups, CPC rate escalations, and correction of meter billing, as well as supporting customers and the team with concerns and questions related to contract billing.

Responsibilities

  1. Maintain all cycles and process all maintenance agreement invoicing.
  2. Set up new contracts.
  3. Run meter reports for meter collection; assist in meter entry into Eautomate as needed.
  4. Validate entered meters, estimate uncollected meters as needed.
  5. Process all contract billing and mail out contract invoices.
  6. Set up new equipment and customers into Eautomate as needed.
  7. Process all customer name, location, and address changes.
  8. Reconcile National Accounts credit memo to Eautomate billings monthly.
  9. Respond to customer inquiries as needed regarding contract billing questions.
  10. Set up new inter-territorial agreements with third parties.
  11. Review and approve all inter-territorial bills received for AP processing.

Qualifications

  1. High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  2. One-year prior industry-related experience.
  3. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  4. Ability to write simple correspondence.
  5. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
  6. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  7. Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
