Job description
Under the supervision of the Executive Director, the Administrative/Labour Market Information Assistant would be responsible for the activities identified below:
Part One: Office Administration
Duties:
Control and organize office supplies stock
Schedule in-house and external events, maintain corporate calendar and book meeting room
Record and distribute minutes of meetings
Manage important and confidential company documents
Manage company databases
Provide support to directors, clients, employees and consultants
Review and update office policies as needed
Manage correspondence (including letters, emails and packages)
Arrange travel and accommodations
Create reports and presentations with statistical data as assigned
Part Two: Labour Market Information Support
Duties:
Assist the LMI Analyst with the development of the Local Labour Market Planning (LLMP) Report and LMI Help Desk requests
