Job description

This position is 100% onsite located at our office in Colchester, VT.

JOB SUMMARY:

This is a unique position which provides high level administrative and financial support to the CFO, Controller, Director of Finance, and Director of Revenue Cycle, to ensure the goals of the Finance Team are met. This individual works closely with the Controller and Senior Accountant to process all payables for the organization. He or she also serves as a resource/liaison to Directors and staff, with respect to payables. The Admin/Financial Assistant also provides support to supply chain, ensuring that clinicians are equipped to provide proper care to clients.

EDUCATION:

Associates Degree in Accounting or related business field preferred. Relevant experience may be applied toward the education requirement.

EXPERIENCE:

  1. Basic understanding of Finance and Accounting, including knowledge of general ledger coding and accounting principles is required, with a working knowledge of accounts payable functions desirable.
  2. Superior problem solving, communication, and project completion skills are highly desirable.
  3. Expert level experience in Microsoft applications and communications functions.
  4. Proficient demonstrated business and financial acumen.
  5. Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot, as employee and team needs change.
  6. Handles multiple responsibilities with grace, kindness and curiosity.
