Position Overview
We are seeking an Administrative Care Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for clients, caregivers, and healthcare providers, ensuring smooth operations and the highest quality of care. Your ability to coordinate, communicate, and utilize technology will directly enhance client experiences.
Essential Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, answering phone calls and emails to address inquiries and guide them through the onboarding process.
- Coordinate assessments, manage schedules, and maintain accurate client and caregiver records.
- Ensure caregiver certifications are current and compliant, and manage scheduling.
- Monitor client payments and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Use healthcare management software and AI tools to optimize workflows and service delivery.
- Maintain detailed client and caregiver files, including contracts, consents, and certifications.
- Regularly check in with clients to ensure satisfaction and adjust care plans as needed.
- Participate in the after-hours support rotation to ensure 24/7 client care coverage.
- Collaborate with the team on administrative tasks and process improvements.
- Provide and manage disciplinary actions to employees, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative coordination, ideally in healthcare.
- Tech-savvy with experience using healthcare management software and AI tools.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Critical thinking skills to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
