SGS, LLC is a Yukon based General Contractor that has an immediate opening for a full-time Administrative Assistant to support our Project Management staff.
SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
Provide Administrative and Technical Support to Estimating and Project Management Staff
Manage Files and Update Database
Issue and Track Contracts and Purchase Orders
Oversee Subcontractor Certified Payroll Status
Perform Document Control
Communication with Subcontractors, Suppliers, Owners, Onsite Staff, etc.
SPECIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Construction Related Experience a Plus
Ability to Manage Time and Prioritize
Accuracy; Dependability; Organized
Professional Phone and E-mail Etiquette
Excellent Oral and Written Skills
Pleasant Personality and Professional Appearance
MUST BE PROFICIENT IN THE FOLLOWING SOFTWARE:
Outlook
Excel
Word
Adobe Acrobat Pro
iSqFt - A plus if you're familiar with this software
QCS/RMS - A plus if you're familiar with this software
