Administrative Assistant - Office by 3070123 Canada Inc.

Location: Ottawa, ON K1Z 5X9
Salary: $27.47 hourly / 35 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time
Start Date: Starts as soon as possible
Vacancies: 2 vacancies

Education:
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience:
1 to less than 7 months

Responsibilities:

  1. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  2. Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  3. Schedule and confirm appointments
  4. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  5. Answer electronic inquiries
  6. Compile data, statistics, and other information
  7. Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  8. Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  9. Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information
  10. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
