Tasks

  1. Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  2. Open and distribute mail and other materials
  3. Plan and organize daily operations
  4. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
  5. Schedule and confirm appointments
  6. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  7. Compile data, statistics and other information
  8. Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  9. Liaise with management, union officials and HR consultants
  10. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  11. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  12. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  13. Provide customer service
  14. Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
  15. Maintain and manage digital database
  16. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
