Responsibilities

Tasks

  1. Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material
  2. Schedule and confirm appointments
  3. Maintain filing system
  4. Record and prepare minutes of court sessions, meetings or conferences
  5. Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  6. Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
  7. Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents
  8. Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage
  9. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  10. Organize inventories using computerized inventory control systems
  11. Conduct research
  12. Assist in searching and seizing records to prepare charges and documentation for court cases.
