Responsibilities

Tasks include:

  1. Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
  2. Plan and control budget and expenditures.
  3. Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies.
  4. Schedule and confirm appointments.
  5. Manage contracts.
  6. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
  7. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information.
  8. Answer electronic enquiries.
  9. Compile data, statistics and other information.
  10. Oversee payroll administration.
  11. Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations.
  12. Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information.
  13. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents.
  14. Perform data entry.
