Responsibilities:
Providing administrative and conveyancing support to multiple Realtors
Answering client questions and responding to requests
Assisting in reviewing files and monitoring all steps of the offer process
Inputting transactions and listing information
Developing promotional materials and editing photographs
Assisting in creating content for social media
Assisting the bookkeeper with entry of AP and AR
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a real estate office
Knowledge of contracts and conveyancing
Impressive customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The ability to multi-task and prioritize a high-volume workload
Proficiency with MS Office
Please note this is a full-time permanent Monday-Friday position. The ideal hours are 8:30am-4:30pm or 9am-5pm in-office.
