Make an impact with our Consulting team as an Administrative Assistant. This diverse team of professionals directly contributes to the success of the firm by supporting internal and external clients. As a trusted advisor, you’ll ensure the efficient and effective operation of our business.

Responsibilities

  • Design, customize, review, and proofread moderately complex reports, letters, templates, presentations, and other materials using MS Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Tailor documents to meet specific requirements, including text and graphic representation of summarized information/data to create professional reporting and communication materials.
  • Enter, review, and maintain client account records in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
  • Review upcoming deadlines and work requirements with the team; coordinate the logistics and flow of work to specific team members (i.e., documents for review/signature).
  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external meeting and appointment logistics and prepare supporting material.
  • Maintain electronic filing systems.
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members and leadership.
  • Support leader(s) through calendar and email management, invoicing, and A/R.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and reservations.
  • Maintain flexibility to work overtime, as necessary.

Skills and Experience

  • Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) skills is considered a strong asset.
  • Post-secondary education in administration is considered an asset.
  • 2 years of administrative experience in a professional working environment is considered an asset.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
