Job description

Our established client, a regulatory body in Downtown Toronto, is seeking a full-time permanent Examination Assistant to join their team. This is a hybrid role requiring three days a week on-site. The role offers the chance to work with a great team!

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Assist with processing exam applications
  2. Update and maintain the internal database
  3. Answer candidate inquiries
  4. Send out documentation to regulatory authorities
  5. Send out candidate information packages
  6. Assist with quality assurance
  7. Assist with scoring process
  8. Filing
  9. Assist with reporting
  10. Other related tasks as required

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Must have completed a post-secondary degree or diploma
  2. Must have 2 years of administrative or coordinator experience
  3. Experience working in a regulatory body is a strong asset
  4. Must be proficient in MS Office
  5. Must be highly organized and detail oriented
  6. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a busy environment
  7. Must have strong data entry skills
  8. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  9. Must have good problem solving skills
  10. Must be able to work well in a team
  11. Must have strong discretion and be able to deal with confidential information
