Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Tasks:

  1. Open and distribute mail and other materials
  2. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  3. Oversee the preparation of reports
  4. Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  5. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  6. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  7. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
