Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with the timely review, coding, and data entry of vendor invoices
- Assist financial records by filing documents and maintaining records
- Assist with payments for approvals and processing
- Process payments by cheque and EFT
- Verify vendor accounts by reconciling statements
- Resolve account discrepancies by corresponding with vendors to investigate issues in a timely manner
- Work with vendors to update and maintain vendor databases
- Create customer invoices and post their payment to their accounts
- Answer incoming phone calls and email communications
- Manage and order office supplies
- Assist the Owners and Office Manager as required
Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Prior data entry experience and knowledge of accounting programs
- Warm, bright personality with strong communication, listening, and oral skills
- Reliable, dependable, and positive attitude
