Responsibilities

  1. Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
  2. Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
  3. Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  4. Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
  5. Schedule and confirm appointments
  6. Manage contracts
  7. Manage training and development strategies
  8. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  9. Compile data, statistics and other information
  10. Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  11. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
  12. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  13. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  14. Conduct research
  15. Perform data entry
  16. Provide customer service
  17. Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  18. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  19. Conduct performance reviews
