Job description

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Tasks:

  1. Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
  2. Open and distribute mail and other materials
  3. Plan and organize daily operations
  4. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
  5. Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  6. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  7. Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  8. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  9. Provide customer service
  10. Maintain and manage digital database
  11. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks

Computer and Technology Knowledge:

  1. MS Excel
