Salary: $28.45 hourly / 35 hours per week
Terms of employment: Permanent, full-time
Shifts: Day, Morning, Weekend
Start date: Starts as soon as possible
Vacancies: 1 vacancy

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and control budget and expenditures
  2. Schedule and confirm appointments
  3. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  4. Answer electronic enquiries
  5. Compile data, statistics and other information
  6. Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  7. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  8. Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
  9. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  10. Provide customer service
  11. Maintain and manage digital database
  12. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  13. Perform administrative and office activities
