Location: Brampton, ON L7A 0C7
Salary: $28.00 hourly / 37.5 to 44 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time
Day, Evening, Morning, Overtime, Weekend
Start Date: Starts as soon as possible

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Responsibilities

Tasks:

  1. Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
  2. Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  3. Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  4. Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  5. Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  6. Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures

Experience and Specialization:

Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Office
