Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks.
Duties
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or filing.
Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
Assist with clerical duties such as typing reports, preparing presentations, and managing office supplies.
Experience
Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
Proficient in data entry with excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of Sage 50/Simply Accounting and Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and phone systems is advantageous.
