Other Tracking Technologies Used

Providing Administrative Support

Providing Administrative support to the Clinical Services and Patient Services departments.

Section A: Specific Responsibilities

  • Performs data entry for projects ongoing in departments.
  • Maintain clinical data accuracy through review of case report forms for completeness and consistency.
  • Participate in execution of data cleaning activities.
  • Filing of project related documents.
  • Maintain the clinical trials supply areas, neat and organized.
  • Process the documents related to physician registrations, as required, when assigned.
  • Support data collection by completing calls to patients and health care professionals, as required, when assigned.
  • Conduct data collection activities via telephone interviews/questionnaires, as required, when assigned.
  • Coordinate and process the assembly and shipping of support materials, as required, when assigned.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Section B: General Responsibilities

  • Perform duties in compliance with all relevant company standard operating procedures and policies.
  • Track/record and submit time spent on projects versus other activities.
  • Always keep work area safe, organized and clear.

Section C: Competencies

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Strong keyboarding skills.
  • Enjoys repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
  • 1-2 years prior experience in clerical field.

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$32,300 - $51,500
