ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Consultant in Loan Solutions, you will support customers and prospective customers on the phone and in person to provide best-in-class service. You will also be responsible for:

1. Gathering loan information
2. Selling our loan and protection products
3. Closing loans virtually and in person
4. Following up on past due customer accounts
5. Cash controls including taking payments
6. Committing to your personal training and development to support our mission to deliver the best borrowing experience and earn our customers’ trust and loyalty.

WHAT WE REQUIRE: Authorized to work in Canada

• High school diploma or the equivalent is an asset

PREREQUISITE: Maintain a positive supportive attitude and help to maintain a gratifying work atmosphere!
