Activity Coordinator - Summer 2025

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for students from around the world? EF International Language Centers in Victoria is looking for a seasonal Activity Coordinator to join our team for the summer of 2025!

As an Activity Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing and delivering our vibrant activity program. From confirming bookings with local suppliers to managing schedules for both students and Activity Leaders, you’ll ensure every event runs smoothly and efficiently. This role combines essential administrative responsibilities with hands-on involvement, helping to create a fun, safe, and engaging experience for our international student community.

This is a seasonal position offering $18 CAD per hour, with flexible hours between 25-40 hours per week, including weekends.
