Accounts Receivable Specialist - CPG Experience Required

1. Research and resolve customer A/R issues
2. Prepare aging reports
3. Maintain cash receipts journal
4. Update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L
5. Carry out general accounting tasks in accordance with standard procedures
6. Respond to requests for information from vendors and various other stakeholders
7. Work with clients to solve payment issues; set up payment plans as needed
8. Handle payments and compile segments of monthly closings and annual reports in compliance with guidelines
9. Reconcile bank accounts, recording and balancing financial information in a variety of ledgers
10. Verify the correctness of documents and codes

1. 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
2. Previous experience in CPG industry, within last 5 years
3. Proficiency with SA:P is preferred
