OVERALL ACCOUNTABILITY

As an Accounts Receivable Representative, you will be responsible for accounts receivable duties. This involves all operational duties in connection with accounts receivable, including but not limited to cash receipt entry, invoice creation and cancellation, credit memo creation, write-off processing, and month-end reconciliations.

This is a hybrid position that requires attendance at the office 1-2 days per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts Receivable:

  1. Manage and distribute all incoming submissions to Outlook mailboxes.
  2. Match and record various revenue stream deposit transactions into the AR system. The volume of payments averages between 50 to 100 transactions per day, increasing during peak times.
  3. Review and manage daily posting of transactions, including review journals and invoice entry queues.
  4. Process authorized adjusting entries requested through Case Management into the AR system, including credit memos, deposit corrections, write-offs, and cancellations.
  5. Create invoices and credit memos as requested by the business.
  6. Manage case management submissions to ensure timely processing of requests.
  7. Monthly reconciliation of Accounts Receivable subledger.
  8. Other duties as required.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  1. Good working knowledge of MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and Foxit.
  2. Working knowledge of accounting software.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
