Job description

Harris Computer Systems is seeking an Account Receivable (AR) Clerk to work closely with fellow AR staff and the Accountant, in providing accounts receivable support for the division.

As an Account Receivable Clerk, you will be working in the PSG group along with a team of highly motivated members who are engaged in continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone who is resourceful, inquisitive, self-motivated, possesses proven interpersonal skills, and is capable of handling high work volumes with accuracy during peak periods.

What your impact will be:

  1. Proactively communicating to the Business Units on problem accounts.
  2. Working with the Collections Department to resolve customer billing issues.
  3. Providing timely responses to customer and employee requests for information.
  4. Preparing information required for the month-end, quarter-end, and financial audit and interacting with the audit team members in a professional manner.
  5. Preparing monthly invoicing reports.
  6. Reconciling the billable travel revenue account with the expense account monthly.
  7. Reconciling other accounts as needed/required.
