Booster Juice is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team at our Edmonton, AB Head Office. This full-time, in-person role is your chance to be part of Canada's original juice and smoothie bar, where fresh ideas flow just as smoothly as our premium drinks.

What You'll Do

As a key member of our accounting and finance team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our financial transactions are accurate and efficient. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Full-cycle accounts payable: Process invoices, match POs, and ensure payments are made on time.
2. Vendor relations: Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies like a pro.
3. Payment processing: Prepare payments via cheque, EFT, and wire transfer with precision.
4. Employee expenses: Process and reconcile credit card transactions and expense reports.
5. Organization & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, issue POs, and ensure all approvals are in place.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to keep financial processes running smoothly.

What You Bring

1. Education: Post-secondary diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance.
2. Experience: 2+ years in a similar accounts payable role.
3. Tech-Savvy: Strong data entry skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel; Sage 300 ERP experience is a plus!
4. Detail-Oriented: You have an eagle eye for accuracy and efficiency.
5. Organized & Adaptable: You thrive in fast-paced environments and juggle multiple tasks with ease.
6. Team Player: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments.
7. Growth Mindset: Eager to learn, improve, and take on new challenges.
