MJ Roofing, a leader in the Manitoba roofing industry, is currently seeking an Account Manager to add to our sales team. Candidates should be comfortable working with Microsoft Office programs and other organizational software. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics GP would be considered an asset.
Objectives of this Role
Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
Work with Sales and other internal teams to ensure targets are being met
Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
Responsibilities
Process incoming client requests and allocate resources accordingly
Prepare quotes and/or reports for Sales Team as required
Respond to client/Sales Team requests for information in an accurate and timely fashion
Identify opportunities for Sales Team to follow-up
Support Sales Team with information gathering
Keep client/Sales Team updated on ongoing projects
Process field reports for invoicing
Skills and Qualifications
Internship or professional experience in a sales or customer service role
Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Compensation
$40,000.00 annual base salary plus commission based on sales targets
