Fundy Honda is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team!

As an Accounting Clerk with Fundy Honda, your responsibilities will include data entry, reconciling accounts, daily cash reporting, accounts payable and receivable, and other accounting functions as required. If you have a keen eye for detail, basic accounting knowledge, and strong organizational skills, this role provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to our financial operations.

Annual Salary Range: $39,000 - $48,000

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Interdepartmental relations, transaction posting & reconciliations.
2. Inventory management and quality control.
3. Assisting the Controller and Accounting staff with various accounting duties.
4. Post and report car deals.
5. Accounts receivable and balancing accounts.
6. Other duties to assist the Controller as required.

Requirements:

1. Post-secondary education in accounting.
2. 1+ years experience in an accounting role.
3. Strong organizational skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
5. Knowledge of computerized accounting systems is considered an asset.
