As an Accountant, Assurance [New Grad Fall 2026], some of your responsibilities will include:

1. Working closely with clients and providing exceptional client service.
2. Working with clients in target industry sectors, particularly farm clients, under varying reporting frameworks.
3. Building our reputation as the preferred business advisors in key sectors of our growing practice.

2. Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
3. Proven problem solver with solid analytical skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Experience in leading teams of professionals on diverse engagements.
7. Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to grasp new technology tools.
8. Completion of Bachelor’s degree in Business, including pre-requisites for the CPA program.
