Job Responsibilities:

  1. Answer externals calls from merchants calling with e-commerce inquiries and also internal calls.
  2. Respond to email inquiries from internal and external partners.
  3. Assist with special projects such as terminal software and hardware launches.
  4. Manage and complete technical escalations.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  1. Minimum 3 years of Point Of Sale experience.
  2. High School diploma/GED required.
  3. Minimum of two years of customer interaction or customer support experience strongly preferred, either by phone or face to face.
  4. Proficiency with basic computer functions including mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications, conducting searches on the Internet, and maneuvering in a Windows-based environment strongly preferred.
  5. Bilingual strongly preferred.
