Account Manager (Full Time) – South Western Ontario

Evanov Communications has an exciting opportunity for an individual that has an entrepreneurial spirit, is self-motivated, loves to learn, and has a proven track record generating new business. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting new partnerships and growing existing client partnerships in the Brantford, Burlington, Hamilton, Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge areas (to name a few) on all available platforms for our radio brands, LITE 92.1 FM and Hot Country 93.9 FM and will report directly to the General Sales Manager.

THE CREATION – What you’ll do (includes but not limited to)

1. Recruit and retain new business based on the individual needs of clients.
2. Set Radio and Digital Strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements.
3. Provide superior customer service through building and managing customer relationships.
4. Demonstrate creativity in generating customized media campaigns through professional sales presentations.
5. Carry a track record of sales success in developing multi-media marketing solutions to clients.
6. Report on digital campaign performance metrics.
7. Stay up to date with digital technology trends.
8. Create and follow through with business plans and revenue pacing.
9. Work with sales coordinators, accounting, traffic, creative, promotions departments and external partners to maximize client campaigns.

3. Post-secondary education degree/diploma in Business/Marketing.

8. Previous multi-media sales is a desired asset.

***This position is remunerated on the basis of a draw against commission with guaranteed earnings for twelve months while a client list gets built. Earning potential is based on individual's drive for success and ability to make sales***
