The Sales Factory is a fast growth B2B prospecting company. We are on a mission to be the gold standard for outbound sales prospecting by helping organizations close more deals through stronger research, better qualification, and engagement early in the sales funnel. Over the past year, we have hired 50 people, increased our revenue by 1300%, and have no plans on slowing down. We are looking to hire people today that can help us build the team for tomorrow.

The Role

The Sales Factory is seeking an Account Manager who is passionate, strategic, client-orientated, and growth-focused to join our rapidly growing team. As a successful candidate, you will have the opportunity to work closely with C-Suite executives at various companies to help drive growth while servicing and managing our existing client base. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our clients are getting everything they need to demonstrate the value The Sales Factory is providing for their business. The Sales Factory prides itself on its fast-paced, team-oriented working environment.

Cool Things You'll Do

  • Engage with clients on a week to week basis showcasing activity and result metrics
  • Create data-driven KPI reports for SaaS, Marketing, and MSP clients
  • Increase footprint with existing clients, discovering and maturing opportunities to grow TSF’s business and drive revenue
  • Work closely with leadership to ensure each account is given the correct care and attention

What You Bring To The Table

  • Experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive or Customer Success Manager in a B2B company and/or SaaS start-up
  • High energy, confident and comfortable with speaking to clients in-person/over the phone
  • History of exceeding client expectations by understanding client ROI, spotting opportunities for new solutions, retaining clients and driving organic growth
  • Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced multi-task driving environment
  • University degree in a relevant field is required (Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (Written and Verbal)

Bonus Points For

  • You enjoy using insights and data-driven decisions in the sales process
  • Strong track record of meeting sales objectives such as quota and productivity requirements
  • Comprehensive experience using Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo and other sales tools
  • Experience selling to a technical audience, ideally technical decision-makers
