In 1957, our founder, pharmacist William Wilkinson, witnessed a mother sacrifice her health by forgoing her own medicine to pay for her sick daughter’s prescription. He knew there had to be a better way. So, he introduced North America’s first prepaid drug plan, and GreenShield was born as a not-for-profit with a mission to support better health for all Canadians.

THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

  • Manage a portfolio of mid to large reseller clients with the objective of building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities among existing customers and work towards upsell targets.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs, objectives, and agreements.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional internal teams to ensure optimal customer service and satisfaction.
  • Manage contracts to ensure account profitability.
  • Develop and execute renewal strategies.
  • Leveraging best practices, consult and support client stakeholders with their mental health programming.
  • Conduct people leader and employee workshops and orientations.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Undergraduate degree, preferably in business, health services, or psychology.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is a strong asset.
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales, account management, and/or consulting.
  • Understanding of the employee health & benefits landscape preferred.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment, independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to present and influence key stakeholders within customer organizations.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Thrive in a fast-moving environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Technologically agile, adept in learning and integrating new applications and platforms.
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot), Project Management software (e.g., Asana), MS Office, G-Suite.
