Rogers Sports and Media is seeking an Account Manager to grow value-based relationships across a portfolio of media agencies and direct clients, national and local, to support the revenue growth of our digital out of home portfolio. In this role you will contribute to the aggressive growth of our Out of Home offering by growing revenue and strong relationships with agencies and clients across Canada. Your goal will be to deliver against OOH revenue targets at Rogers Sports and Media through customer service excellence, insight, and strategy our customers require to solve business problems.

The role will be working closely with identified sales and creative teams across Canada.

What you'll do:

  • Leading sales efforts for Out of Home for an established territory of agencies and clients
  • Drive new business opportunities outside of existing client base
  • Oversee and negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenues
  • Manage Salesforce opportunities through the sales and prospecting cycle with 100% accuracy
  • Understand and communicate technical requirements of our Out of Home offering
  • Prepare and present high-quality presentations customized to each client and or agency’s specific need in partnership with the key sales teams and the Elevate Group at Rogers Sports and Media
  • Work closely with our Insights and Creative Services groups to develop solutions that will allow Rogers Sports and Media to stand out in a competitive marketplace
  • Collaborate with identified sales support to maximize revenue and optimize campaigns
  • Work within a deadline driven environment
  • Attend key industry events and provide insight back to the Rogers Sports and Media team

What you bring:

  • Proven Sales Expertise: Strong track record in media or related fields, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth, preferably in the OOH space
  • Business Development and Client Management: Skilled in prospecting new business, building lasting relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction for repeat business.
  • Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends and client needs, developing creative strategies that align with client goals and drive growth.
  • Experience with Third-Party Agencies and Partners: Expertise in collaborating with external agencies and partners to execute media campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and maximizing impact.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: Commitment to delivering exceptional service, addressing client needs proactively, and continuously driving client satisfaction.
  • Fluent in French to communicate with local customers
