JOB PURPOSE
The Account Manager (AM) reports directly to the Customer Team Leader (CTL). This position is focused on a select number of strategic trade accounts and is responsible for the creation, execution & communication of the customer plan, including trade investment management and application, that delivers consistent, competitive, profitable, and sustainable growth. The Account Manager will manage the external customer communication in order to ensure on-going development and profitable growth for each assigned trade account/category. Our Account Managers work closely with and are supported by several cross-functional teams including Customer Strategy and Planning, Finance, Customer Service, Net Revenue Management, Category Management and Customer Analytics Associates to establish best-in-class practices and unlock opportunities to deliver against sales and profit targets. This Account Manager role will operate out of both Ontario and Quebec working with Dollarama and Giant Tiger, supporting the PC and B&W Business units.
