Summary of Role
As an Account Manager at HiddenGem Media, you’ll play a key role in managing client relationships and driving measurable results through digital marketing. You will oversee client onboarding, manage ongoing campaigns, and ensure client satisfaction. This role focuses primarily on social media and email marketing to help clients in the vacation rental and hospitality industries grow their bookings and brand presence. We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, self-disciplined, and results-oriented, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and manage time effectively. You should be eager to learn, ready to take initiative, and possess strong interpersonal skills, as building rapport with clients is crucial to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines, goals, and deliverables, working with internal teams to ensure campaigns are completed on time and meet client expectations.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and building strong relationships.
- Manage social media content, including creating Instagram Reels and posts, while researching competitors to incorporate winning elements into client strategies.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns using Canva and CRM tools to attract guests and drive bookings.
- Plan and manage basic Facebook advertising campaigns, optimizing performance to achieve maximum results.
- Track and report on digital marketing metrics, offering clients actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with other Account Managers to share insights and best practices, enhancing the performance of all campaigns and improving workflow.
- Assist in developing and refining marketing strategies to help clients grow their brand and achieve business goals.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the overall function of the position.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Experience in digital marketing, account management, or project management
- Experience managing social media for businesses, including content creation and strategy
- Strong self-discipline, with the ability to take ownership and manage time effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage projects efficiently
- Results-driven, with a focus on setting and achieving goals
- Proactive and action-oriented, capable of independently driving projects forward with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport
- Social media and tech-savvy
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of email marketing, social media platforms, and Facebook advertising
- Experience managing multiple digital marketing clients/accounts
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
Job Details
Compensation:
- Base salary: $45,000 - $55,000
