Account Manager, Creative Client Services

Part Time / Full Time

The Account Manager, Client Creative Services is a key role within The Notable Group, responsible for managing client relationships, building integrated marketing strategies, and leading the execution of creative campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Creative Strategy, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that their needs are met with innovative and strategic solutions.

This is a high-impact role, offering the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, PR, social media, and production teams. You will be involved in end-to-end campaign management, from initial concept development to execution and reporting, ensuring seamless project delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Client Account Management: Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring that client objectives are met and campaigns are executed successfully. Act as the main point of contact, ensuring that all communications and strategies are aligned with client goals.
  • Content Strategy & Copywriting: Develop and implement content strategies for newsletters, websites, and social media. Write engaging copy for digital platforms, ensuring content aligns with the overall brand message.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and oversee all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.), including content creation, scheduling, boosting, Meta ads, and performance tracking through analytics.
  • PR & Influencer Marketing: Build and maintain relationships with influencers, media contacts, and key industry partners. Coordinate influencer campaigns, outreach, negotiations, and product mail-outs, and manage contracts and partnerships to amplify brand visibility.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead the execution of client campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels. Ensure all content, visuals, and messaging are consistent with client branding and goals.
  • Event Planning & Coordination: Plan and execute experiential events, digital activations, and product launches. Collaborate with vendors, creatives, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Production Oversight: Coordinate photoshoots, digital content production, and experiential marketing projects from concept to completion.
  • Media Relations: Research, build, and maintain media lists. Write press releases, media alerts, and other public relations materials. Monitor and report on media coverage, creating comprehensive coverage and wrap-up reports.
  • Budget Management: Track and manage budgets for campaigns, events, and other client projects, ensuring all expenses are accounted for and within scope.
  • Client Research & Reporting: Conduct thorough research on client industries, competitors, and market trends to inform strategies. Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including metrics and analysis.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: At least 3+ years of account management experience, preferably with a focus on content creation, social media, PR, and influencer marketing. US PR experience is a bonus.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly, concisely, and compellingly.
  • Organized & Proactive: Must be extremely organized, able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and proactive in managing time and tasks.
  • Social Media Expertise: Proficiency in managing and analyzing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), with a strong understanding of content trends and performance metrics.
  • Media Relations Savvy: Knowledge of Canadian lifestyle and media, with the ability to build strong media relationships.
  • Team Player: Collaborative, with strong leadership qualities and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Event Management: Experience planning and executing events, both in-person and digital, is highly desirable.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Google and familiarity with social media, PR, and project management tools.
  • Creative Problem Solver: Ability to troubleshoot challenges, think critically, and find creative solutions under tight deadlines.
