Account Manager (Construction) - 9677 Hybrid in Vancouver

Our client is looking to add an Account Manager to their fun-loving Construction team. They need your expertise to contribute to their ever-growing group.

What you will be doing:

1. Proactively manage a book of commercial insurance clients
2. Review client exposures, identify coverage gaps, and recommend solutions
3. Develop account strategies and prepare client presentations
4. Lead the marketing process for new and renewal business
5. Prepare underwriting submissions
6. Review and endorse policy wordings based on client needs
7. Analyze contracts to ensure insurance programs meet requirements
8. Support clients through the claims process
9. Maintain market relationships and participate in industry functions

What we are looking for:

1. 5+ years Commercial insurance experience
2. Level 2 insurance license (CIP or CAIB designation preferred)
3. Strong attention to detail and client-focused approach
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities
7. Experience reviewing contracts and policy wordings
8. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
9. Commitment to ongoing professional development

Salary range: between 90,000 to 120,000
