Account Manager Assistant - Influencer

As our new Influencer - Account Manager Assistant intern, you’ll be assisting with a variety of tasks that contribute to talent scouting, PR outreach, and overall campaign execution at Dulcedo. Your profile should reflect an individual who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about influencer marketing. You should have a strong interest in social media, talent development, and influencer-brand collaborations. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn and develop skills in talent recruitment, PR strategy, and campaign coordination!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as a middle man between different key stakeholders such as Talent Agents, Brands and Dulcedo Talents.
2. Help maintain continuous engagement with talents and brands throughout and beyond collaborations, offering support and guidance to enhance and nurture relationships.
3. Assist in identifying and researching new influencer talent to add to Dulcedo’s roster.
4. Analyze market trends to support the team in identifying promising emerging influencers.
5. Support outbound PR pitching efforts by drafting outreach emails and assisting with templates.
6. Conduct outreach to potential talents, engage with them on social media, and gather insights to determine fit.
7. Learn and assist in drafting Statements of Work (SOWs) for upcoming talent partnerships.
8. Maintain up-to-date records of partnership tracking and performance insights.

1. Recent graduates or young professionals with a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (PR, marketing, business, or communications).
2. Strong organizational and time management skills offering great work ethics.
3. While bilingualism in French and English is considered a huge asset, it is mandatory to be fluent in English.
4. Knowledge and keen interest in social media marketing.
5. Understanding of the world of public relations, collaborations and sponsorships.
6. Strong desire to kick off a career in the world of talent management and influencer marketing.

1. Duration: 16 weeks
2. Schedule: Full-time (30-40 hours per week)
3. Compensation: While our internships are unpaid, we offer a $500 stipend upon successful completion of the 16-week program.
4. Full-Time Opportunity: This decision will be contingent on the successful completion of the internship, mutual agreement among all stakeholders and current hiring needs.
