As an Account Manager, you will manage and grow our customer base by providing expert advice, building strong relationships, and promoting our comprehensive range of pool and spa products. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with industry knowledge and a passion for customer success. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dedicated and motivated Account Manager to expand our presence in the Northern Ontario region.

As a member of the Director of Business Development’s team, the Account Manager brings expertise by:

• Identifying and soliciting potential customers to build his or her customer base.
• Identifying and evaluating the needs and resources of customers and recommending the appropriate goods.
• Communicating with customers post-sale to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.
• Offering individual training to customers.
• Evaluating and establishing sales conditions and delivery dates.
• Conducting yearly business reviews with top customers.

To perform well, you must:

• Have a college diploma in administration, with an option in marketing or chemistry, or any other relevant experience.
• A university degree is an asset.
• A vehicle is required.
• Have experience in sales.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Possess organizational skills.
• Exhibit good time management.
• Be customer-oriented.
• Have the ability to persuade and influence.
• Be autonomous and responsible.
• Have the ability to adapt.
