Account Manager

Account Manager – Commercial Roofing, Service

This full-time role will be based in our Kelowna office and be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Property Managers, Building Owners, and Business owners related to their Building Roofing Maintenance program. In addition, attending local community and association events, as well as industry-related trade shows.

A Day in the Life

• Building strong and long-lasting relationships:

1. Help grow and build our Roofing Service business
2. Communication with existing customers and explain Flynn Service opportunities
3. Regular follow-up on quotes and tenders
4. Attend association, industry, and networking events
5. Plan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the client
6. Work with Local and National team to promote Flynn’s brand and services through marketing and social media channels

• Technical skills and responsibilities:

1. Understand and prepare takeoffs and estimates for assigned jobs in a timely manner
2. Complete work orders, take-offs, and estimates in a concise and timely manner
3. Ability to conduct presentations virtually
4. Supporting corporate initiatives and business development objectives
