As an Account Executive - Health, you will leverage your extensive network within the Canadian healthcare ecosystem—targeting health providers, payers, and healthcare organizations—to drive sales of Applied AI solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

We want candidates who are passionate about the transformative potential of AI in healthcare and who bring strong enterprise sales expertise. Specifically, we are looking for:

1. 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or professional services
2. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas
3. Established networks within Canadian healthcare or public sector enabling quick opportunity qualification and pipeline growth
4. Experience managing enterprise accounts and working with executive leadership teams (ELTs), including C-suite stakeholders
5. Strong skills in consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management
6. Comfortable presenting complex solutions to senior healthcare decision-makers
7. Based in Alberta (AB) or open to relocation

What We’re NOT Looking For:

1. Pharmaceutical sales backgrounds (e.g., pharma reps)
2. Pharmacists or individuals with clinical/healthcare roles without enterprise B2B sales experience
3. Candidates with consumer-focused sales experience rather than business-to-business (B2B) enterprise sales
4. Healthcare professionals or leaders with no proven sales track record

Key Responsibilities:

1. Meet or exceed revenue growth and meet yearly revenue targets for your portfolio
2. Drive the development of new business and sales opportunities within your designated accounts and region
3. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, serving as the primary point of contact for sales activities within targeted healthcare accounts
4. Contribute to the development of new processes, templates, and standards tailored to the healthcare sector
5. Build and maintain a diverse portfolio of healthcare clients to establish sustainable, high-quality recurring revenue
6. Advise healthcare clients on their AI/ML adoption journeys, recommending the best-fit solutions to meet their business needs and collaborating with internal teams to ensure our clients are delighted
7. Demonstrate excellence in pipeline management and hygiene within sales and CRM tools
8. Lead the development of contractual agreements and pricing strategies
9. Identify and foster partnerships with hyperscalers, consultants, SI, and academic partners to support revenue growth and strengthen solution offerings

What You Bring:

1. Passion for the impact AI can have within healthcare
2. 8+ years in the healthcare industry and/or enterprise B2B sales, ideally with a focus on professional services
3. Recognized as a strong leader in the healthcare ecosystem with a personal brand in the healthcare vertical
4. Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams across the sales lifecycle, including discovery, executive advisory, solution architecture, and post-sales delivery
5. An established client network in healthcare that enables swift opportunity qualification and pipeline development
6. Proven success in meeting and exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas
7. A strong knowledge of how AI is and can be applied in a healthcare context
8. The adaptability and growth mindset essential to success in a fast-paced tech environment
9. Superior communication, client relationship management, and negotiation skills
10. Experience in organizational change management is a plus
11. Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with a keen ability to align AI solutions with healthcare-specific needs
