MetaOption LLC, a Microsoft BC / LS Gold Partner, is looking to add a highly accomplished Account Executive to their sales team. This is a remote position, reporting directly to the VP of Sales and CX.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Vet and qualify all inbound leads and send to appropriate sales reps.
Attend all Discovery calls with sales reps for further education on the sales process, and assist in coordination of next steps, as requested.
Create all proposals and secure appropriate internal sign-offs, once new proposal process/template is completed.
Manage inbound inquiries, securing assistance where needed.
Ensure updates are created in MS CRM for all reps.
Identify key market verticals for ERP sales through analysis of marketplace data, follow up on sales lists, and proactive outbound solicitation.
Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand customer investments in our offerings.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned accounts.
Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions.
Serve as the customer’s voice within the company, advocating for their needs and ensuring service excellence.
Required skills / experience:
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Top level EXCEL and PowerPoint skills for presenting and tracking activities.
Must be a self-starter successful with today’s remote environment challenges.
At least 3 years in account management, sales, business development, or a similar commercial role in the software sales space.
Strong follow-up skills and a process-oriented approach to assignments are preferred.
Familiarity with MS Dynamics 365 BC / LS, Power BI, and/or MS NAV, ERP solutions is a significant plus.
Ability to handle rejection and inconsistent responses from customers while continuing to provide an excellent “first impression” of MetaOption is mission critical.
Assignment details: Contract to hire role for 90 days with an opportunity to join the MetaOption team full-time after 90 days. Contract to hire workers are not eligible for any MetaOption benefits until they become full-time employees of MetaOption.
