The Role :
The Account Executive will serve as a key liaison between our clients and the agency, focusing on supporting and managing brand initiatives. This role involves overseeing fast-paced, multi-faceted projects and ensuring seamless coordination between our clients, internal teams, and external partners. The ideal candidate is passionate about automotive, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is skilled at juggling multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
What your typical day will look like :
Account Services
- Client Relationship Management : Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
- Project Coordination : Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring all aspects of campaigns are executed on time and within scope.
- Brief Development : Assist in creating clear and comprehensive creative and media briefs based on client needs and strategic objectives.
- Internal Collaboration : Work closely with creative, media, production, and strategy teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of campaigns.
- Status Reporting : Prepare and deliver regular status updates to both clients and internal teams, keeping all stakeholders informed.
- Budget Tracking : Monitor project budgets, manage invoicing, and ensure financial accuracy across campaigns.
- Campaign Execution Support : Oversee the implementation of campaigns across various platforms, ensuring quality control and adherence to brand standards.
- Studio Management : Work directly with studio and production teams to develop creative campaign assets.
- Research & Insights : Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and gather insights to support client strategies and presentations.
- Client Presentations : Assist in preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and performance reports to clients.
- Problem-Solving : Address any client concerns or project challenges with proactive solutions and effective communication.
New Business :
- Research : Support research on background information on potential clients and business opportunities.
- Competitive Analysis : Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Strategic Planning : Provide strategic insights to position the agency uniquely in the marketplace.
- Proposal Writing & RFPs : Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from potential clients. Craft detailed proposals that outline the agency’s approach, creative ideas, timelines, and budgets.
- Working With Cross Functional Teams : Work closely with creative, strategy, media, and production teams to develop new business materials. Coordinate resources, schedules, and deliverables across departments.

- Flexibility to work AKST hours : Our clients are based in Anchorage, AK which is 4 hours behind. We try to work in the hours where our business days overlap (1pm EST – 5pm EST / 9am – 1pm AKST), however, we will sometimes have calls or presentations outside of regular Eastern business hours.
- Previous Telco Experience is an Asset
