Job Title : Account Executive

Location : Toronto, Canada

Salary : CAD$80,000 per year, OTE = $130,000

This is a true builder role. You’ll :

  • Be our first AE, working side-by-side with founders
  • Take over warm pipeline, but also do your own outbound and follow-up
  • Help define our sales motion, processes, pricing, and customer experience
  • Represent Prospeo externally—and build your own brand as a sales thought leader

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning the full sales cycle—discovery, demos, follow-up, close
  • Running outbound and inbound motion: cold calls, emails, social DMs—you’ll lead the charge
  • Building repeatable sales systems, from templates to CRM processes
  • Partnering with the SDR, marketing, and product teams to drive customer success
  • Posting, engaging, and building your voice in the outbound world

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in fast-paced or early-stage environments. Proven closer with experience doing your own prospecting (yes, cold calls and emails)
  • Ability to work independently while building processes that scale
  • You’re analytical, coachable, creative—and genuinely excited about selling a product that works
  • You're up for being visible online—posting, sharing, helping us grow our brand (we’ll support you!)
