Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Producer (Account Executive) to join our brokerage. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in insurance and a passion for helping clients find the best coverage options. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance sales, hold a RIBO or OTL license (or be willing to convert to RIBO), and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a portfolio of clients, offering a variety of insurance products.
• Provide excellent customer service while identifying client needs and recommending appropriate coverage solutions.
• Work closely with both new and existing clients to generate sales and retain business.
• Stay current with industry trends and updates to ensure clients are receiving the most up-to-date coverage.
• Meet sales targets and objectives in alignment with company goals.
• Maintain and update client records in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance brokerage or sales is required.
• RIBO or OTL license (or willingness to convert to RIBO).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and client satisfaction.
