About The Sales Factory

The Sales Factory is a fast growth B2B prospecting company. We are on a mission to be the gold standard for outbound sales prospecting by helping organizations close more deals through stronger research, better qualification, and engagement early in the sales funnel. Over the past year, we have hired 100 people and have no plans on slowing down. We are looking to hire people today that can help us build the team for tomorrow.

This job is remote anywhere in Canada. We are looking for aspiring sales leaders who want to join a remote-first company with the option to work from anywhere in the country. The only limitation on work location is access to good internet.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will close new client partner deals and win new business within a defined territory. Daily, you will cultivate relationships with executive decision-makers, set appointments, gather leads from established internal BDRs, and evaluate client partner fit.

This position is responsible for achieving pipeline and sales goals while also acting as a strategic leader who is deeply aware of a client’s unique challenges and ideal outcomes.

Cool Things You'll Do

  • Spearhead the targeting of new accounts and partnerships
  • Lead presentations explaining the value The Sales Factory can offer SaaS organizations through white papers and slide decks
  • Create and manage a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement of sales targets utilizing HubSpot best practices
  • Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting
  • Navigate contract negotiations and close agreements
  • Grow our business while growing yours: You will work within a defined territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals by implementing a top-down sales strategy

What You Bring To The Table

  • Strategic closer: You have an established network and experience carrying a quota in outside business-to-business sales. You have an impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory and relationships
  • Experience in identifying pain points with an emphasis on discovery
  • Proven champion: You have an ambitious spirit and thrive under pressure, motivating you to not only hit sales quotas but exceed them
  • Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment
  • Deep intellectual curiosity about our service and understanding our client partners' motivations
  • Ownership: Persuasive negotiator with tactical techniques to overcome objections
  • Proficient in Google Suite, HubSpot is a definite plus
