Location: Toronto, Canada (Remote)

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 CAD

Key Responsibilities:

*Med Ed Agency Experience Is Required*

1. Inspire and lead a high-performing account management team to deliver cutting-edge medical communications strategies for pharmaceutical clients.
2. Act as the primary client liaison, offering strategic counsel and ensuring the successful execution of projects to achieve client satisfaction.
3. Innovate and implement advanced approaches to enhance medical affairs and stakeholder engagement.
4. Oversee the development of impactful, evidence-based content for various deliverables, including KOL engagements, advisory boards, symposiums, live events, slide decks, and congresses.
5. Manage the full life cycle of deliverables, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and comply with regulatory standards.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to shape and drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. *Medical Comms Agency Experience Is Required*
2. 8 years of experience in Medical Comms or Med Affairs, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
3. Experience working across deliverables such as ad boards, congresses, pubs, slide decks, symposium, KOLs, and more.
4. Experience working with US Pharmaceutical Regulations.
5. Experience working in Dermatology is preferred, not required.
6. Outstanding strategic vision, communication, and leadership abilities.
7. Proven capability to drive transformation and motivate teams in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
