Are you a motivated sales professional looking for your next big opportunity? The Pittsburgh Paints Company, Canada, is expanding, and we’re searching for passionate and driven Account Development Managers to join our team in Calgary, Medicine Hat, and Lethbridge! This is more than just a sales role—it’s your chance to build lasting relationships, drive growth, and make an impact in a thriving industry. With a strong existing customer base and huge potential for new account development, you’ll have the tools and support needed to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Service existing customer accounts assigned to specified territory and grow their purchases.
  2. Maintain regular contact with customers and develop account planning strategy to cultivate sales of customers with most growth potential.
  3. Facilitate product recommendations, application and performance and colour in response to customer needs.
  4. Use CRM sales tool (ClientLink) to manage accounts, maintain call logs and contact info, run reports, etc.
  5. Partner with store managers and other store employees to ensure customers’ needs are met or exceeded.
  6. Facilitate timely and accurate customer quotations to achieve margin targets according to Dulux (PPG) pricing strategies.
  7. Analyze territory performance reports and develop sales territory business plans.

Qualifications

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent required; with 2+ years of sales and/or stores operations experience.
  2. Coatings experience an asset but not required.
  3. Must have a valid driver's license.

You must live and work within the territory. You will not have the capacity to be remote as you will visit customer locations throughout the week.
